Yoga with Jan

Year 1 and 2 have had the opportunity to take part in yoga sessions. These sessions have helped our children to be able to identify and express how their bodies feel and how this influences their state of mind. These yoga sessions have been proven to show improvements in children's ability to be peaceful and calm within themselves. Never has the emotional wellbeing of our children being more important.

Our yoga teachers have done a fantastic job in teaching our children strategies for breathing and relaxing, which hopefully can be used throughout their lives.
