Your Maths activities for this week will focus on fractions.  Today I would like you to practise subtracting fractions where the denominator is the same using the website below.  Then record and complete the fractions calculations in your home learning maths books.

English Activity

Today, you will be planning to write your own letter. You must answer the following questions in as much detail as possible: What are the jobs a glue stick likes to do? (Glitter, images, cards). What might the glue stick be complaining about?  (Leaving lids off or losing the lids, drying out, using too much glue, getting glitter stuck to it, etc). How do you think the glue stick would like to be treated in the future? In your English books, categorise the information into three sections: Jobs, Complaints and Improvements. Record the information into your English books.
