Good morning! Your Maths activities for this week will focus upon addition. Your Maths activity for today is to practice your mental addition skills on an interactive game. You can modify the difficulty of the addition questions so that it is suitable for your child!

In English, this week we are going to focus upon persuasive writing.  We will look at how to build up sentences, how to brainstorm arguments for and against a discussion topic, how to write a persuasive paragraph and how to edit your work.  Today, you will need to look at the arguments for and against banning all play times in primary schools and then use conjunctions to join arguments together.
